Question about form

I have a couple of players overplayed on 0 form, due to lack of knowledge previously. I am now trying to regain form in the off seasona and read somewhere that friendly league doesn't affect form Could I theoretically play the players on 0 form in the friendly league matches and they'll regain their form or do they need to rest completely?I have a couple of players overplayed on 0 form, due to lack of knowledge previously. Prize or Friendly Cup - Only positive** Friendly League - Only positive** Official Cup - Only positive** So these are matches that players can play as much as they want without getting any negative effects on form. So yes you can play players that needs to rest in friendly league. In short if player needs resting these matches don't count to form and if he needs to play more they do count if it makes sense.Prize or Friendly Cup - Only positive**

So these are matches that players can play as much as they want without getting any negative effects on form. So yes you can play players that needs to rest in friendly league.

In short if player needs resting these matches don't count to form and if he needs to play more they do count if it makes sense.
